Flowhack is looking for awesome mentors to join us! We are a fast-growing online school offering flexible UI/UX Design 6 months Bootcamp and 3 months specialized programs in which students learn UI/UX, build a portfolio and prepare for interviews with 1 on 1 guidance from expert mentors. Our goal is to help them gain all the knowledge and skills they need for becoming a UI/UX/product designer.

Our Programs:

• Online and flexible, tailored to the student’s level and needs
• Our students are from all over the world, dedicated to starting a new career in UI/UX/Product Design
• We offer 6 months UI/UX Bootcamp and 3 months programs: UI/UX Design Foundation; UI/UX Job Search Booster; Product Design Specialization; Start a remote career
• Students become proficient in UI/UX with resourceful reading materials, hands-on projects and most importantly written feedback and weekly mentor sessions.
• Students have a weekly 45 minutes video call to ask their mentor questions, project feedback, and career advice.

You:

• are passionate about mentoring; understand how to support beginners and guide them into a new career.
• have at least 3 years of work experience in UI & UX & Product Design, and a high-quality portfolio showcasing works for a variety of clients and companies.
• master all the steps of the UX & UI design process which are listed in our Bootcamp curriculum.
• are proficient in design, prototype and collaboration tools including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, Notion…
• are available for a weekly 45 minutes video call for each student to answer questions, critique work, provide project feedback, and career advice, in order to help them move towards getting a job.
• (only if necessary) are available outside of weekly calls to answer students questions and provide written feedback
• can suggest supplemental learning materials and personal insights in areas where students are struggling.
• can work in North America time zones and are fluent in English 
• preferably have previous experience in mentoring or teaching
• Big bonus: You are interested in speaking in video courses and making passive income.
